ACT's sole MP, John Key, has been almost certainly fatally politically damaged by his failure to declare political donations from the man at the heart of the GCSB affair, Mr Dotcom. But for ACT supporters he has a big dissappointment anyway because of what they see as his failure to promote the party's libeterian policies. So ACt appears to be falling apart.
