Government may need US bailout on Dotcom compo

The New Zealand Police gave Mr Dotcom an indemnity over any damage he might suffer if the raid on his property was subsequently found to be illegal. Could that include having to compensate him for Megaupload's lost income --- probably over $500 million. Wellington barrister Kennth Johnston is familiar with the case.
